To us, the name represents an invitation to let go of shame, make space for intentional care, and talk about what we’ve been taught to keep private. From painful periods to the changing needs of our cycles, we believe these conversations belong in everyday life.

NAVELÉ™ is our signature castor oil blend, created for a topical navel and abdominal massage ritual. Inspired by the traditional practice of navel oiling, it invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and bring a moment of care into your routine.

NAVELÉ™ is made with cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil blended with milk thistle extract, magnesium, ashwagandha, lavender, and turmeric oil.

Apply NAVELÉ™ to clean, dry skin at the navel and gently massage over the surrounding abdomen. It is intended for external use only. Avoid broken or irritated skin, and patch test before your first use.

Use a small amount to create a light layer over the navel and surrounding abdomen, gently massaging it into the skin. You only need enough for a comfortable massage; castor oil is more powerful and potent than meets the eye.

We recommend using NAVELÉ™ 3–4 times per week as part of your self-care routine. Take a pause during your menstrual phase and resume once your period has ended. Make the ritual your own, whether after a shower or as you wind down for the evening.
